YouTube is blocked amendments to the Constitution of Russia. In the video a gay couple adopted a child
YouTube administration has blocked campaign advertising amendments to the Constitution for violations of the rules of use of the service. If you try to go in the video appears: “This video seized for violations of YouTube’s policy against hate speech”.
According to the publication Meduza, the video created a “Federal news Agency” (RIA FAN) and the media group “the Patriot”, which is associated with businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin.
