Video YouTube has blocked accounts of TV channel “Tsargrad” and its former editor-in-chief, an ideologue of “Russian world” Alexander Dugin. Representatives of the company Google, which owns YouTube, said to Interfax on 28 July that the accounts are blocked for violations of legislation on sanctions and trade rules.
“Google complies with all applicable laws on sanctions and the observance of rules of trade. If we discover that an account violates these laws, then take appropriate actions”, – told in the company.
According to Google, the account channel is blocked without the right to recovery. On the website of “Constantinople” is specified, what account was taken down suddenly in the night of 28 July.
“While the situation up to the end not clear, instead of the official channel with high-quality video content, YouTube shows our viewers the black cap, “–said “Constantinople”.
Later, the channel will go to court for blocking.
“We have not received any warnings or notifications or strikes from YouTube. Moreover, the administration of the service and now does not explain the reason for blocking. With us just not communicating, so the conflict we are planning to solve in court,” – said the chief editor of “Constantinople” Darya Tokarev.
Google has blocked the account of the ideology of “Russian world” Alexander Dugin on YouTube and email account. In his Facebook Russian philosopher wrotethat the channel was only “philosophical lectures on Platonism, Aristotle, phenomenology and psychology.”
“Also closed all other YouYube channels associated with me – geopolitika.ru, Paideuma, etc.,” he wrote.
According to Dugin, YouTube did not explain the reason for blocking. He suggested that the occasion was his opening speech to Congress on the fourth political theory.
