“First of all I want to say that my diet virtually unchanged. Morning I always start with a glass of warm water with lemon. Then be sure to Cup of freshly brewed coffee with lemon and cardamom. The afternoon snacks consisted of kusocheka bread with cereals, butter, and pike caviar. (Bread eat a maximum of one piece a day, usually for Breakfast, rarely at lunch). Also eat one teaspoon of cocktail Amosova (prunes, figs, apricots, raisins, honey, walnuts, lemon).
For lunch – a light soup, which broth was prepared in seafood (e.g., fish). Then add the vegetables, leeks, broccoli, peppers, mini corn, asparagus, green beans, mushrooms and zucchini, I love that they were al-dente, a bit crunched, so the mushrooms and zucchini added at the end. Now happy during dinner, allow yourself a glass of white or red wine.
For dinner, prefer vegetables that can be both fresh and steamed or grilled, and they love fish or seafood. Although it happens that I indulge myself khachapuri with cheese and meat or can afford fried potatoes, a classic thin-crust pizza. What I definitely don’t eat at night, so is the pasta, cakes, especially not like biscuit dough. Also try not to overeat, but rather after a meal to stay with easy feeling of hunger. If Sasha will bring me flavorful French croissant, I’m never going to eat, and divide it into three parts and eat only one of them.
