Two people will be judged in the Czech Republic for participation in the war in the Donbas

The Prosecutor of the Prague Marek Bodlak charged the citizens of the Czech Republic and Belarus, who took part in the fighting in the Donbass in the ranks of the separatist units.

As reported by the Prosecutor’s office, of a citizen of Belarus, permanently residing in the Czech Republic, accused of crimes associated with terrorist act. The investigation established the fact of his repeated involvement in hostilities in Eastern Ukraine in 2014-2016. The case will be considered city court of Prague.

Accusation articles prescribe punishment in the form of 12-20 years of imprisonment.

Still in the courts of the country were considered one case involving a citizen of the Czech Republic in the conflict in the Donbass.
