The US is willing to pay a reward for help in the arrest of the Ukrainians Artem Radchenko and Alexander Eremenko, according to a release.
According to the investigation, they are members of transnational hacker groups.

According to the Agency, Radchenko and Eremenko indicted on 16 counts related to fraud. The indictment alleges that they hacked into the system of electronic collection, analysis, and retrieval (EDGAR) of the securities and exchange Commission (SEC) and stole thousands of confidential files, which were then illegally sold.
