The U.S. air force for the first time in the history headed African American
Military-air forces of the United States for the first time in the history headed African-American. On the appointment of a black General, Charles brown, commander of the air force Twitter announced the President of the United States Donald trump.
He said that today the Senate gave its consent to the appointment of brown.
“A historic day for America! Look forward to the opportunity to work with General brown, who is a patriot and a great leader,” trump wrote.
“Voice of America” reports that brown’s candidacy has received the Senate’s unanimous bipartisan support “for” 98 senators voted “against” – nobody.
My decision to appoint @usairforce General Charles Brown as the USA’s first-ever African American military service chief has now been approved by the Senate. A historic day for America! Excited to work even more closely with Gen. Brown, who is a Patriot and Great Leader!
