On 13 July near the building of management of security Service of Afghanistan in Samangan car exploded, the driver was a suicide bomber, then his three armed accomplices attacked the object. It is reported TOLO News.
The victims of the explosion and shootings have become all the attackers, and 10 people were in the building and near it. At least 50 people were injured.
The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack.
Afghan President Ashraf Ghani said that the escalation of violence threatens the peace process in the country.
The UN mission in Afghanistan UNAMA condemned the attack, noting that among the wounded a lot of civilians.
