The Prosecutor’s office of South Korea launched an investigation against first Deputy head of the Department of the Central Committee of the workers ‘ party of Korea Kim yo-Jong, the younger sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN, and General of the army of the DPRK Pak Chong Chong. They filed a complaint against the lawyer for undermining inter-Korean liaison office in Kaesong to South Korea, reported July 16, the Agency Yonhap.
Seoul attorney Lee Kyung-Jae filed a complaint against the leaders of North Korea to the Prosecutor of the Central district of Seoul on July 8, the case was transferred to the Department of public investigation, the statement said.
“North Korea destroyed the inter-Korean liaison office in the border town of Kaesong on June 16, apparently in anger over propaganda leaflets critical of leader Kim [Jong-UN]”, – writes the Agency.

According to Yonhap, South Korean prosecutors will not be able to punish North Korean officials. Even if the court in Seoul finds them guilty, there is no way to execute the sentence, experts say.
Technically North and South Korea are at war after the events of 1950-1953 countries never signed a peace agreement.
