Russian figure skater Evgeny Plushenko on 15 June in his Instagram released a video in which, along with his wife Yana Rudkovskaya and son urges Russians to participate in voting on amendments to the Constitution, which will be held from 25 June to 1 July.

In the video Rudkovskaya explains to his son that the Constitution is “fundamental law of the country that protects all our rights.” The boy asks if he is thus not going to the gym, and to bring guests. “Your son wants to amend the Constitution,” – said Rudkovskaya husband.

In the caption to the video skater notes that the residents of Moscow can participate in the voting online.
