The Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation will make a decision on the possibility of export from the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union (EEU) of personal protective equipment and disinfectants. A decree, the press service of the Ministry, published on the portal parvo.gov.ru.
In accordance with the decisions of the Board of the Eurasian economic Commission (decision dated April 28, 2020 No. 59 of may 12, No. 64), export from the territory of the EAEU of disinfectants, masks, half masks, masks-respirators, respirators within the target export supply is allowed if there is a solution or confirmation, issued by the competent authority of a member state of the EEU with the territory of which these goods are exported.
“At this moment we were able to saturate the Russian market of personal protective equipment, disinfectants and medical products needed to fight the pandemic. Now you can start the export of such products abroad. Industry companies are currently negotiating export supply contracts in a third country, and the Ministry of industry and trade have already received treatment companies for clarification of the procedure for obtaining target confirmation. Decision of the government determines Minpromtorg of Russia as the authority competent to take a decision and issue a confirmation of the possibility of export”, – said the head of the Ministry Denis Manturov.
