The Ministry of health has launched a chat-bot in WhatsApp and ICQ New to inform the public about the coronavirus. Also the service can make use of medical professionals for prompt access to the guideline recommendations for the treatment of patients. In urgent cases you can contact an expert on a single number hot-line for advice.

“Chat bots, Russian Ministry of health allows citizens to obtain answers to the most common questions about coronavirus 24/7. They provide information on such topics as methods of diagnosis and prevention of coronavirus, the actual data on the spread of the pandemic, recommendations for the best home and the most common myths about COVID-19”, – reported in the Ministry of health.

At the end of March, the world health organization launched its chat-bot in WhatsApp for a broad public awareness on the new coronavirus infection. The initiative has also supported a number of countries: the government of Singapore, Ministry of health of Israel, the Ministry of health of South Africa, Ministry of communications and information of Indonesia. In the coming days and weeks are expected to launch similar services in many other countries.
