The Ministry intends to change the composition of the stacking of ambulances
The Ministry of health of Russia has prepared a draft order to change the composition of a set for the provision of emergency medical care. In particular, there is proposed to include anti-inflammatory drug Ketoprofen and the antibiotic Ceftriaxone, writes “the parliamentary newspaper”.
The Ministry explained that the document was developed “on the basis of the opinion of the professional community.” Part medications the experts decided to exclude due to the fact that they stopped producing in Russia: is digoxin used in heart failure, the antibiotic chloramphenicol and azizol (zinc bisvinyl-imidazole diacetate), which was appointed from carbon monoxide poisoning.
With the exception of chloramphenicol, which is proposed to be replaced by Ceftriaxone, alternatives digoxin and zinc diacetate not available. Set will join the a recombinant protein containing the amino acid sequence of staphylokinase — you need it in heart attacks, strokes, thrombosis; terlipressin used in low blood pressure; Ketoprofen for arthritis and acute dental pain, and propafenon.
Also replace some of the bandages and syringes. So, no longer will use a special swipe-based allyloxymethyl and lidocaine “in connection with clinical guidelines”, as well as needles of resuscitation pediatric set, as such they have already provided. In addition, the sets and styling will include fixing elastic non-sterile bandages in two sizes: 7.5 cm x 2m 10cm x 2 m.
