“Russia is trying to build “Nord stream – 2″ to obtain excessive control over our European allies and their sources of energy. We must stop the hostile strategy of strengthening the influence of [Russian President Vladimir] Putin”, – wrote on Twitter member of the house of representatives, Republican Steve Womack.
Russia is trying to develop the Nord Stream pipeline 2 to exert undue control on our European allies and their energy supplies. I’m pleased that an #NDAA amendment to sanction companies involved in its construction just passed. We must stop Putin’s hostile influence strategy.
