The leadership of the Comenius University in Bratislava studied ddiplomnuju the work of his former student, now the Prime Minister of Slovakia Igor Matovich previously accused of plagiarism. Specialists of the faculty of management came to the conclusion that the work does not meet the required criteria and should not have been allowed to protect, writes on 27 July, the Slovakian Pravda.
The main claim to the work of Matovich is that, in addition to introduction and conclusion, all the text is literally written off from the books of two economists.
Igor Matovic received a master’s degree from Comenius University in Bratislava in 1998. His thesis was called “the Tax system and its impact on economic entities”.
Journalists Slovakian edition Denník N analyzed it and came to the conclusion that this work is almost complete plagiarism.
Matovic himself said he did not remember, wrote a thesis 22 years ago, but is ready to take responsibility.
