The CPS told about the progress of the vaccine trials Vector from coronavirus
All volunteers who received the vaccine for the coronavirus was developed by the State scientific center of Virology and biotechnology “Vector”, feel good, complications after the administration of the drug available. This was reported TASS the press service of Rospotrebnadzor.
“All vaccinated volunteers feel good. Complications after introduction of the vaccine against the coronavirus Apiversion is noted”, – told the Agency.
At this moment, the vaccine against coronavirus entered three of the five volunteers. Vaccination is the fourth to be held on 5 August. The Ministry noted that the study participants are under constant supervision of doctors, a situation requiring medical care, did not arise.
“It is expected two doses after 21 days. The vaccine should contribute to the development of immunity against a new coronavirus infection after two injections with interval of 21 days. However, data collection on the level of antibodies starts after the first vaccination,” – said in Rospotrebnadzor.
Center “Vector” has received permission from the Ministry of health to conduct clinical trials of the vaccine on 24 July, the first volunteer was vaccinated on July 27. In the first phase of clinical trials involved five volunteers aged 18 to 30 years.
