The CPS said return policy bought online drugs
The CPS has published rules for the acquisition of medicines online during a pandemic coronavirus. On the regulator’s website provided that the buyer has the right to return to the pharmacy medication, if they were of poor quality.
“Drugs can be returned by the consumer to the pharmacy only if they are of improper quality or their sale was accompanied by the spread of inappropriate information (false advertising or an error in the product description on the seller website)”, – stated in the message of Rospotrebnadzor.
The Department explained that low quality is a drug that does not meet the quality parameters established by the normative documentation. “In most cases, the consumer is unable to determine whether a drug is substandard or not. Research on conformity to requirements of regulatory documents is carried out by expert organizations accredited in the field of quality control of medicines”, – said in Rospotrebnadzor.
