The evening of July 14 in Minsk and other Belarusian cities began a campaign of civil dissent in connection with the decision of the Central electoral Commission to refuse the opposition candidate Victor Babariko to register for the presidential election.
As reported by radio Svaboda, people lined up in the chain of solidarity and applaud in response to the honks of passing cars.
Several hundred people lined up in convoy and headed in the direction of October square, the police were forced to stop traffic.
