Degtyarov predicted that in 2017 will come, “the collapse of the dollar system”.
“In my opinion it is the people should be the first to abandon the dollar, because its main resource is trust. But the credibility of America, the American institutions of government after the scandals with [special agent of the CIA Edward] Snowden (In 2013, he gave reporters information concerning the total surveillance of American special services for citizens. – “GORDON”) suggests that trust is reduced to America,” he said.
The official urged citizens of Russia to hold funds in gold and other precious metals.
“I have five dollars, they hang on the fridge. When was only five dollars, I was just so to lure the food was very many products with nitrates, genetically modified. As soon as I hung 500 rubles with an Orthodox cross of the Solovetsky monastery, we have the products with his wife and children became much better” – said Degtyarev.
