Russia’s first criminal case due to non-payment of health workers incentive payments for special working conditions in the period of the spread of coronavirus infection was initiated by the Investigative Committee in Armavir (Krasnodar Krai). A criminal case under signs of crime under part 1 of article 293 of the criminal code (negligence), reported on the Agency’s website.
May 16, 2020, the Internet was published a video message recorded by employees of the emergency medical service of the city of Armavir. “According to the investigation, violation of the rights of employees of GBUZ “City hospital of the city of Armavir” on a timely and in full receive incentive payments in terms of the provision of assistance to citizens who are diagnosed with novel coronavirus infection and risk of infection COVID-19, was made possible by committed leadership of the medical institution negligence”, – told the Investigative Committee.
Currently, in a criminal case are conducted necessary investigative actions aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident. The criminal investigation continues.
