Study drugs will now be governed by the requirements of the EAEU
The government has approved a bill under which the order of study medication will not be set by the Ministry of health and in accordance with the requirements of the Eurasian economic Union (EEU). About it writes “the parliamentary newspaper”.
“The bill provides an exception to the authority of the Ministry of health of Russia on approval of procedure for conducting trials of medicinal product for medical use… due to the fact that the law of the Eurasian economic Union provides for rules determining the procedure for conducting such studies, indicating the required documents and materials”, — reported in the Cabinet.
The bill is aimed at harmonisation of national legislation of Russia with the right to the Eurasian economic Union.
