Sports, cooking and more: Lesya Nikityuk told in quarantine
Quarantine turned all our lives upside down. We used to take most things for granted – every morning to go to a cafe for coffee, use the services of a hairdresser, go to the movies, but now because of all this self-isolation has become impossible. Now we have to look for alternative methods to meet their needs.
But despite all the inconveniences #of salesystem, each of us has a new useful habits. Because finally there is time for morning exercises, reading and making healthy snacks.
Host of the show “Who against blondes?” on the New channel Lesya Nikityuk went “quarantining” in his native Khmelnytsky. Star says this time she decided to give to their relatives, because of a busy schedule seldom able to be home. Les admits that, being with family, it is also somewhat changed her habits.
1. Sleep
I sleep for ten hours. It gives me strength. And most importantly, that after such a long sleep do not need to use a lot of creams and facial masks. Because the body a good rest.
2. Sport
– Daily for 45 minutes I work out. There is a very good set of exercises. Girls the house to do it, really. So do not be lazy and not look for excuses. I have a well toned body, because every day, continue to train.
3. Food
– Prepare something nice and easy. And most importantly – very useful. In my Arsenal there are many new recipes. Now every day their loved pet snacks.
4. Communication
– I have two nieces. Glad I can spend much time with them. We communicate about everything (smiles). And I deal with them English and teach them to read. Fun and useful conduct quarantine!
