Raheem STERLING: “the Only sickness now is racism”
Midfielder “Manchester city” Raheem sterling supports Black Lives Matter protests, which began around the world after police in the US killed a black guy.
“Now this is the most important question, because we are fighting racism for many years. The only disease now that’s racism. As with the coronavirus pandemic, we want to find a solution to this problem.”
“That it is trying to do those who protest. And while they’re doing it peacefully, not harming anyone and not breaking into stores, they have the right to protest.”
“The problem for hundreds of years, and many people are very tired,” – said sterling.
Previously, many sports stars supported the protests. Including Anthony Joshua, Lewis Hamilton, LeBron James and others.
