“Pharmstandard” will invest one billion rubles in modernization of the plant
“Pharmstandard-Leksredstva” plans to invest about 1 billion rubles in the modernization of the pharmaceutical factory in Kursk and to expand the product line. As writes “Kommersant” analysts expect growth of production at the plant from 600 to 700 million packages of medications a year.
“This will allow the company to create more jobs, increase productivity, and expand the range of products,” — said in the administration. Nomenclature of new drugs and the expected change of output (now the plant produces 600 million packages of medications a year) were not disclosed.
“Pharmstandard” has planned the modernization of the Kursk production on the background of rapid growth of the Russian pharmaceutical market, analysts said. According to the profile of consulting company DSM Group, in the first quarter of 2020, there was one of the most significant increases in sales over the last few years.
