“Pharmasyntez” has received 1 billion rubles for the production of a drug for treatment COVID-19
The industry development Fund (PDF) was provided by JSC pharmasyntez two loans totaling 1 billion rubles. These funds will be used to organize continuous production of combined antiretroviral drug lopinavir+ritonavir, which can also be used for treating coronavirus infection.
The combined drug is produced at the Irkutsk plant of group of companies “pharmasyntez”. The loans were offered under the new programme “Combating epidemic diseases”, launched less than a month ago. Under the program, businesses can get from 50 up to 500 million roubles under 1% annual for the term up to 2 years. Money can be spent for the purchase of equipment, replenishment of working capital for procurement of raw materials, materials and components, the acquisition of mission-critical finished products abroad.
