Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan said that he had contracted the coronavirus. He told about it on his page on Facebook, the address was decoded “Radio liberty”.

“Now I’m not at work for a simple reason. Yesterday it turned out that my test for coronavirus was positive, and I want to say that I didn’t have any symptoms, just because it was planned to go to the front, I decided to get tested and the test came back positive. Moreover, after that we tested the whole family and the whole family, in fact, we have a positive result, that is, infected with the coronavirus,” said the Armenian Premier.

He suggested that he could be infected during the negotiations.

“The waiter who was setting the glasses on the table, did it without gloves. I reprimanded him and asked to have the glass replaced, but I admit that the waiter so arrived earlier. After some time he had confirmed a coronavirus,” said Pashinyan.

He added that he would work from home.

“I’m just sorry it happened, but it happened. And our strategy and tactics remain the same: we must learn to live in parallel with the coronavirus,” he said Pashinyan.
