OFFICIALLY. The start of the Tour de France-2020 postponed to August 29
Tour de France-2020 was to be held from 27 June to 19 July, however, the decision of the President of France Emmanuel Makron banning of public events through July 11, has made it impossible to hold the race as scheduled.
Later it became known that the race can move in August.
Now the international Cycling Union (UCI) has officially announced that the Tour de France will take place from 29 August to 20 September:

Two more tour de France, Giro d’italia and Spanish Vuelta, will be held after the Tour de France.
