Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that mass events, including football matches with the fans, will be held in the country before mid-autumn.

“If we are talking about large stadiums and sporting events, now in the plan, viewers will be able to return to the arena in October.”

“But the situation may change, it all depends on the spread of the coronavirus,” said Johnson.

If nothing dramatically changes, the 2020/21 season in the Premier League kicks off without fans in the stands.
