Moscow will call on private hospitals vacation rentals
The Moscow government expanded the list of industries, representatives of which can be temporarily exempted from lease payments for urban land and real estate. Now on vacation rentals will be able to claim more than 1.3 thousand Moscow private medical centers, clinics, and dentists who have been forced to suspend or limit the operation of the pandemic coronavirus.
“Now rent-free period of four months, from March to June, inclusive, will be able to get another 1320 individual entrepreneurs and organizations working in the health sector. Representatives of the business will be able to save on rent 677,3 million rubles,” — said the Deputy mayor for economic policy and property and land relations Vladimir Yefimov.
According to him, at present, private clinics and dentistry, leased from city 175 land plots with a total area of 37 hectares and 1145-residential premises with a total area of 218,4 thousand square meters. He also added that in the period when the organization can cancel their lease payments and — from 1 March to 30 June, fines and other penalties under the lease will not be charged.
