Modernization of primary health care will begin six months later
Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin signed the decree about transfer of the beginning of modernization of primary health care from 1 July 2020 1 January 2021. About it writes “the parliamentary newspaper”.
Earlier, the relevant draft resolution developed by the Ministry of health. The explanatory note says that the postponement of the start of modernization associated with the “need to focus budgetary allocations on the implementation of the sustainable development of economy in the conditions of deterioration of the situation” in connection with the epidemic of coronavirus infection.
According to the approved document, the terms including the organization of new construction, reconstruction, replacement of buildings in the case of a high degree of wear, the overhaul of the medical organizations and their separate structural subdivisions on the basis of which is primary health care will be “from 1 January 2021 to 2025”. The adoption of regional programs of modernization moved from 1 July to 15 December of the current year.
