Court of arbitration for sport in Lausanne will begin to consider an appeal of the Manchester city against UEFA with regards to a two-year disqualification from the Champions League in June.
Hearings will be held from 8 to 10 June.
Manchester city were punished for violations of financial fair play, but the club said it will appeal and expects to completely remove the ban.
If the decision remains in force, it can affect players on the team. Earlier, the leader of Kevin de Bruyne said he was ready to leave if a two-year disqualification will not be reduced at least to one year.
