The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov called on to toughen punishment for offenders isolate themselves, to withdraw machines and poison to clean the streets. This he announced at the meeting of the operational headquarters for the coronavirus.

He urged residents to help physicians and law enforcement agencies involved in ensuring the regime of self-isolation.

“Let’s all help physicians and law enforcement agencies to subsequently we could help you, have to sit at home with the rest of us have no problem with the beds, ambulances, medications, patients are provided with 3-4 meals a day”, – he said.
