The United States and Russia have agreed to hold new round of nuclear disarmament talks, said the special representative of the President of the United States arms control Marshall Billingsley on Twitter on 8 June.
The meeting invited China, he said.
“Today we agreed with the Deputy foreign Minister of Russia [Sergey] Ryabkov about the time and place of negotiations on nuclear disarmament in June. China is also invited. Whether China and whether it will negotiate in good faith?” – say in a tweet Billingsley.
