In the U.S. on June 2 against Google filed a lawsuit with allegations of unlawful invasion of privacy of millions of users by tracking the actions in cases where the Windows open in incognito mode. It is reported Reuters.
In a lawsuit filed in Federal court in San Jose (California) says that Google collects data through Google Analytics, ads Manager, Google Ad Manager and other programs and extensions, including those installed on smartphones.
The lawsuit was filed on behalf of three plaintiffs, but the attorneys plan to achieve for it the status of a collective. The company require at least $5 billion compensation.
The plaintiffs demand from Google in court compensation in the amount of $5 thousand for each user, which from 1 June 2016 used incognito mode.
In response to the lawsuit Google declared that it is ready to defend the correctness in court.
