In the Moscow region revealed a six-fold overstatement of prices for medical masks
Moscow regional OFAS together with the Prosecutor of the Moscow region stopped inflating the cost of medical masks: the company “Comfort” (of SPANPRO) issued a warning, in default of which the producer is threatened with administrative responsibility.
“A significant overstatement of prices for medical masks identified in the joint work to combat unreasonably high prices for food and goods in terms of spreading the country’s new coronavirus infection”, – is spoken in the message of regional UFAS.
By results of check it is established that the company “Comfort” implemented medical mask some buyers at inflated prices with identical cost of production and a comparable volume of purchases. So, the size of trade margins for individual buyers differ more than 6 times.
“In the absence of good reasons for the price increase of the Podolsk city Prosecutor’s office on behalf of the Prosecutor of the Moscow region issued the General Director of open company “Comfort” (of SPANPRO) caution about inadmissibility of infringement of requirements of the Antimonopoly legislation and warned about administrative liability in case of non-performance,” – said the FAS.
