On the morning of 18 July in Nantes (France) started the fire in the Gothic Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, built in the XV–XIX centuries. It is reported French TV channel BFMTV.
At the moment there are about 100 firefighters.
A major fire in the Cathedral occurred in January 1972. According to the TV station, the temple was closed for renovations, the services it resumed only in 1985.
