In the first reading adopted a bill on the establishment of a register of recipients of preferential medicines
The state Duma adopted in the first reading a government bill, under which will be created in the Federal register of citizens entitled to free provision of medicines, medical products and specialized nutritional. On it informs RIA Novosti.
The bill also proposes to consolidate the content of information contained in the Federal register; set the definition of the government of the Russian Federation of the procedure for maintenance of register; establish the frequency of revision of the list of vital and essential medicinal products at least once a year; to undertake the provision of medicines for certain categories of citizens in the amount of not less than that specified in the list of vital and essential medicines.
It is also proposed to include the provision of population with medicines in the framework of the territorial programmes of state guarantees of free rendering to citizens of medical aid in the amount of not less than that specified in the list of vital and essential medicines.
