For violating a quarantine imposed over epidemic coronavirus infection COVID-19, in Spain the police have written 837 thousand fines in France – 915 thousand, Italy – 418 thousand reported by the NOS.
In France from mid-March to early may was recorded 915 thousand violations of the quarantine. The penalty in the country is €135.
During the pandemic Spanish police have written 837 thousand fines from €600 for a walk down the street or out of the city up to €10 thousand for the more serious breaches of quarantine. In addition, about 7.5 thousand Spaniards were arrested.
In Italy the local police from March 11 to may 3, managed to identify 418 222 violations that provide for the payment from €206 to €3 million or three months in prison.
In Belgium for the first month of events and more than 27 thousand violations. Half of the perpetrators were younger than 30 years. The fine is €250 or the ban on nonessential movement.
In Ukraine the penalty for breach of rules of quarantine for citizens ranged from 17 to 34 thousand UAH.
