The resigned interior Minister of Slovenia aleš Heuss called the investigation “politically motivated” and said that he learned about them only on 30 June.

According to the publication, in may and June in Ljubljana has repeatedly held mass protests demanding the resignation of the government. Initially, the protesters were protesting the bikes, and after the weakening of quarantine restrictions, the rallies continued in walking form.
