In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the court found unconstitutional the prohibition to go outside during the quarantine
The constitutional court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 22 April ruled unconstitutional the ban on movement on the street individuals under the age of 18 years and over 65 years. About it it is spoken on the court’s website.
The ban was introduced by the Federal civil protection headquarters on March 27 in connection with the spread of coronavirus infection. The judges saw in the document a violation of the rights of citizens to freedom of movement and demanded that the government within five days brought the regulations into conformity with the Constitution and the European Convention on human rights.
The court found that the restrictions were not clearly limited in time, was the date of their revision.
