Hristo STOICHKOV: “Mourinho was a translator in Barcelona? This is a fallacy”

The legendary ex-player of “Barcelona” Hristo Stoichkov has refuted the popular myth that Jose Mourinho worked at the Catalan club as a translator:

“Robson came to Barcelona, he was Jose – we called him by name. Someone blabbed that the Portuguese worked just a translator, but this is misleading.

Mourinho was on the field coach and a great friend, the Portuguese knew all that was needed”.

Mourinho worked at Barcelona from 1996 to 2000.

Earlier it was reported that in 2004, Mourinho was able to lead the “Liverpool”.
