Health Ministry proposes fine for not making the information in EGIS
The health Ministry proposes to introduce administrative liability for failure to make information about medical institutions and their staff in the Unified state information system in healthcare. Developed office bill published on the Federal portal of normative legal acts, writes “the parliamentary newspaper”.
The document complements part 6 of the administrative code article 6.39 envisaging penalties for public authorities and health care organizations for failure to submit, incomplete submission or presentation of irrelevant information in EGIS. The violation is punished with a fine in the amount from 10 to 20 thousand rubles. Fines for repeat offenders increase to 20-30 thousand rubles, in addition, possible suspension of officials for a period of one to two years.
Protocols on administrative offences will be prepared by the staff of Roszdravnadzor.
