U.S. Secretary of state Michael Pompeo saidthat on June 10 in Greenland opened American Consulate. He wrote about this in his Twitter.

“We’re reopening our Consulate in Nuuk, Greenland. Our presence in Nuuk will strengthen the partnership with Arctic allies and will contribute to the mutual prosperity of our friends in Denmark and Greenland. We thank our allies for helping us realize this important event,” said Pompeo.
