Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has criticized the Russian media for their coverage of events in Belarus, in particular ways to combat coronavirus infection.
“Give this nasty information. Supposedly, the old man treats his tractor, vodka, bath… you Know, I’m on the go was a joke. But in every joke there is a joke”, – said he at the meeting with Belarusian officials.
Lukashenko added that Russia Belarusians show fools. “Why do Russian people drive to the head, there, in the West, our the Belarusians, they kind of crazy?” he said.
At the beginning of the epidemic Lukashenka expressed skepticism about the seriousness of the threat.
