Former defender “Manchester United” Gary Neville offered to finish the current season of the Premier League outside of England:
“If the Premier League is seriously set to play in a safe environment, the games should be moved to free from the coronavirus in the country, which can be reached in three to four hours.
In this case, the players, the coaches, the staff, clubs and the media will take two-week quarantine, and then sail forth to the place where the coronavirus has receded.
In Europe there are several such countries. I don’t think in Britain it is now possible to provide the necessary security”.
Now the UK has become one of the epicenters of the pandemic coronavirus. The country already ranks third in the world in number of deaths, and very close to Italy on this indicator.
Earlier it was reported that the season in the Premier League can resume June 8.
