From Germany to Russia sent 600 tons of nuclear waste

According to environmentalists, the goods are sent to Novouralsk Sverdlovsk region.

“This year the amount of waste sent from Gronau [Germany], has already exceeded 3 thousand tons Arising from the uranium enrichment of the German waste sent to Russia from 2019. And even though technically they are imported for the so-called beneficiation, in the context of such works up to 98% of the total volume remains in Russia forever,” – said in the message.
