Again the conflict broke out between La Liga and the Spanish football Federation (RFEF) over the calendar rounds of matches in the Spanish League. Last summer was made a temporary decision to allow matches on Friday night and ban the games on Monday evening.
This was done during the campaign 2019/20, but now the court issued a new decision on this issue: from the RFEF was no improper or unfair behavior. The judge urged the two organizations to negotiate in good faith. If between the two organizations no agreement is reached, then the sports Council of Spain will understand the conflict, to solve the problem and determine what economic compensation will be applied.
The President of La Liga Javier Tebas , and the President of the RFEF Louis Rubiales work together on a plan the end of the season 2019/20, taking into account the fact that matches will be allowed on Fridays and Mondays in June and July.
The main problem pointed to by RFEF for games on Friday or Monday, was the fact that these starting hours are not favorable for fans. But now it is not a particularly important factor, given that in any case the matches will be played behind closed doors.
