Former Prime Minister Fillon of France was sentenced to prison for employment of the wife

On 29 June, the criminal court of Paris sentenced the former Prime Minister of France Francois Fillon to prison for embezzlement of public funds, two-year policies will spend in jail, three years probation he received. It is reported by Le Figaro.

January 31, 2017, the French police conducted searches in the administrative building of the National Assembly on charges of illegal payments of budgetary funds Fillon’s wife Penelope.
