“I confirm that I, my colleague Oleg Sheremetiev and political scientist Valery Solovey, lawyer Sergei Bocharov filed a lawsuit on invalidation of the decree of Putin about voting on the amendments on 1 July. Reason: dying every day dozens, sometimes hundreds of people from the undefeated of the virus. To vote in such circumstances is a crime. The cancellation of Putin’s decree will save a life,” said Stupin.
