Examination found Ephraim sane media
Russian actor Mikhail Yefremov, triggering a crash with one dead, declared sane. This writes the Agency “Interfax” citing a source in medical circles.
The spokesman said that examination confirmed the ability of the artist. Necessary in deeper to the hospital examination no Ephraim, the source added.
56-year-old Efremov provoked a traffic accident in Central Moscow on the evening of 8 June: Smolenskaya square, he was behind the wheel of a Jeep Grand Cherokee drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a van “Lada”. The van driver from the got injuries died later in the hospital.
According to the Russian police, Efremov sat behind the wheel in an alcohol intoxication. Also, the media wrote that in the blood of the actor was found residual to the next, cocaine and cannabinoids.
Against the actor opened a criminal case under article about violation of traffic rules, entailed death of the person. Ephraim threatens from five till 12 years of imprisonment.
On 9 June, the Tagansky district court of Moscow sent Ephraim under house arrest.
