The staff of the hospital pharmacy made an open letter with a request to provide them with support measures. A letter addressed to the President and the Prime Minister, signed by more than 70 experts, the press service of the charity organization “Such things”.
The authors of the letter stated that pharmacists and without pharmacists clinical pharmacy medical assistance “impossible in principle”. Pharmaceutical workers in hospitals as health workers, experience increased load, and also run the risk of Contracting COVID-19, so measures of health workers should be extended to them.
“Specific features time-consuming and complex processes of purchasing, receiving, storage, manufacture and dispensation of medicinal products and medical devices in the hospital require professionalism, experience and expertise for provision of medicines at the proper level”, — stated in the message.
